The team is comprised of multi-diciplinary professionals who evaluate fire and non-fire related cases. Our dynamic team provides superior technical solutions for projects ranging between home appliance failures, large industrial losses, complex building system failures, and water losses. Our team regularly utilizes a broad network of research and testing facilities at the world's top universities and private institutions.

Case Histories

• Evaluation of a ladder design determined that operator error (not faulty design) resulted in an injury accident. The court determined that the insurance carrier was not responsible for paying the liability claim
• Inspection of a recreational raft determined that the failure, which resulted in a drowning death, was the result of raft tear, not a seam split due to faulty manufacturing. The manufacturer was spared the cost of damages
• Metallurgical evaluation of a failed chair addressed potential for claims against the chair manufacturer. The chair failure had resulted in a costly worker's comp claim
• Evaluation of a collapsed roof and recommendations for structural repair for the warehouse of a major retailer
